We've been a little quiet lately

As many of you may have noticed we've been pretty quiet lately. There are a few different reasons for this and so I thought an explanation was due.
First off, due to our issues with Paypal freezing our account, it meant that we didn't have access to a lot of our businesses funds. Some customers after finding out about our difficulties decided to make it even harder for us and accuse us of fraud and theft.
While there have been delays getting stock in because of these problems, we have not stolen from anyone and don't intend to. This is a legitimate business that is still trying to get off the ground.
We are having some difficulties, but we are working to resolve these problems.
On top of this the number of customers who have submitted chargebacks with their card companies after receiving their orders has increased, meaning we are spending a lot of time fighting to reclaim stolen goods/funds. This has also resulted in us reporting a number of people for Fraud and theft.
We will admit that there has been a delay in some customers getting refunds due to the issues with Paypal. But we are still trying to sort that out.
Because of these problems, our business has struggled these last couple months. We have had to cut back on the amount of lines we are able to offer and are looking at alternative suppliers and couriers to try and reduce costs.
In an effort to reduce running costs, we have again switched hosts for our website. Our new host offers a lot of features that we were previously paying extra for. This should help reduce running costs and make the whole business run a little smoother.
We have also had issues with emails coming to us. We can't figure out why but some emails sent to us are not reaching our inbox. We then have customers complaining we're not responding. We have switched hosts for our email accounts so hopefully this issue will now be resolved and all emails will start coming through to us again.
There are a few new updates to come. Hopefully in the next week or two, I will be able to get things running as normal again and we can get back on track.
