Who Are We?
Geek Toy Store is an online store run by a single individual. We were started up in an effort to make finding those unique toys & gift items easier. As a collector it is our aim to make items easier to find for all.
How Long does it take to Process an Order?
Once your order has been placed, it can take between 24 and 72 hours to process (1-3 days), depending on the item ordered.
We process orders Mon to Sat and try to get them out as quickly as possible. We still work at the markets and at some conventions, so sometimes it can take a little while to get orders out.

Do you offer a next day service?
At the moment we do not offer a next-day delivery option.
When will my order ship?
If you have ordered a mix of in stock and Pre-Order items, your order will NOT be sent out until all items are available. For this reason we ask that you purchase pre-orders separately from in stock items.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
our websites checkout is run by Stripe Payments. Through them we accept all major credit and debit cards.
We do not currently accept PayPal.
How do Pre-Orders work?
A Pre-Order is where a customer places an order for an item not currently in stock. This may be something that has already been released, that we are awaiting delivery of, or for an item not yet released.
When a customer orders a Pre-Order item, we reserve the items until the stock arrives. There is no charge made for a Pre-Order item until the stock comes in.
What happens if my Pre-Order doesn't come into Stock?
From time to time, manufacturers scheduling and shipping dates can change which can delay pre-orders.
If the delivery date changes, we will update you as soon as we can.
If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we will send you an email to confirm the reason why and there will be no charge made.
There may also be the occasion where a manufacturer is unable to fulfil our stock requirements completely. Should this happen, we will fulfil as many orders as we can on a first come, first served basis.
If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Please be aware that making a Pre-Order will not guarantee that we will get the item in stock. Manufacturers do sometimes cancel releases without notification.
We will only take payment for pre-orders when stock arrives and is ready to send.
We cannot be held responsible for suppliers cancelling orders or changing dates.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight and cost of the items ordered.
Do you deliver internationally?
We can deliver orders outside of the UK. Please contact us and tell us which items you would like to order and where they are being delivered so we can get you an accurate delivery quote.
When will my order arrive?
Orders within the UK can take between 3 and 5 days to arrive. However sometimes delays do occur. We ask you allow up to 2 weeks for an item to arrive, just in case.
International orders can take between 3 and 28 days to arrive. This again depends on the courier and the location the order is being sent.
Mint in Box Items
Although we sell a range of collectible Action Figures and toy lines that are collectible, we cannot guarantee items will be "Mint in Box". We send out items in the same condition that we receive them from our suppliers and the manufacturers. While we will take every effort to make sure your items arrive in good condition, we cannot guarantee mint in box condition.
Anyone wishing to return an item for not being Mint in Box will be subject to the normal returns process & any fees incurred.
Special Order Items
Special Order items are items that we don't currently hold in stock but will order from the manufacturer on an as needed basis. These items are still available for purchase, but the dispatch time will be delayed by a few days while we arrange the delivery from the manufacturer.
