This is the full Terms and Conditions for the Customer's use of this website and for purchasing products through our store.
Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Users of this website are bound by these terms and conditions and should read this document before proceeding to use our services.
Use of this website and all information on this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document. By using Geek Toy Store website, the customer acknowledges their consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Geek Toy Store reserves the right, under sole discretion, to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document and by continuing to use this website, it will be taken that the customer agrees to the changes.
Forming a Contract
When a customer places an order purchasing a product from this website, the order becomes a formal offer to purchase the mentioned product(s).
Upon receipt of the customers order, Geek Toy Store will send the customer a confirmation email outlining that order in full detail. This will also include the price for delivery of the products.
Please Note: The confirmation email that Geek Toy Store sends is neither a guarantee nor an invoice for the order.
A contract between Geek Toy Store and the customer will come into existence when Geek Toy Store charges the customers chosen payment method for the purchase of the product.
All prices on this website are in £ sterling and include VAT where appropriate.
Geek Toy Store will make every effort to ensure that the contents on this website is correct, however, errors may occur and we reserve the right to alter a products price and information on this website without notice.

In the event that Geek Toy Store changes a price due to an error, the following will apply:
We will inform the customer as soon as possible of the change and the correct price with an explanation if possible. The Customer may choose to either cancel their order or fulfil it at the correct price.
If the customer chooses to cancel their order and has already paid for the goods in question, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid.
The customer should be aware that a pricing adjustment due to a promotion, sale or any other form of offer is not considered an error in pricing and the above therefore will NOT apply.
Geek Toy Store is under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price or description.
Ownership of goods does not pass to the customer until Geek Toy Store has received full payment for the items ordered.
We will debit the customers account once goods are ready to be shipped.
When a release date is listed on this website, that date is subject to change in relation to the information we receive from our suppliers.
We cannot be held responsible if an item is delayed, brought forward or cancelled, or if the design/content is changed by the manufacturers.
Where a release is cancelled, Geek Toy Store will cancel the customers order and no costs will be charged to the customer.
On occasion Geek Toy Store may offer products that are a limited edition. The availability of these products is strictly on a "First Come, First Served" basis.
While we will try to fulfil every customers order, once the supply of the limited edition items is exhausted, and the customers order cannot be fulfilled, we will have to cancel the order. This will incur no charges for the customer.
Geek Toy Store will not be responsible for compensating customers for any losses connected with the purchase of limited edition products.
Delivery and Shipping
Product prices on this website do not include the cost of delivery and shipping, with the exception of the total price listed on the customers shopping cart.
All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer as the delivery address when placing their orders.
Geek Toy Store reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. These addresses could be (but is not limited to):
Geek Toy Store will not be liable to the customer in the event that we are prevented by circumstances from delivering a product the customer has ordered.
The customer should be aware that when goods are shipped internationally, orders are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
Shipping rates are calculated by the size, weight & price of the item(s) being shipped.
We will endeavour to deliver products to the customer as soon as possible, in line with the delivery policy as detailed on this website.
Right To Cancel
The customer may cancel their order for any reason and at any time up to 14 days after the customer has received their goods.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their order, the customer must inform Geek Toy Store in writing.
In the event that the customer has unsealed the packaging the customers right to cancel no longer applies.
Should a customer wish to cancel their orders after it has been dispatched by Geek Toy Store, or received by the customer, the product(s) must be returned to Geek Toy Store in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings in tact.
Should the customer decide to cancel their order, the following terms will apply:Un-dispatched Orders
If Geek Toy Store has not yet dispatched the customers order, the customer can cancel with no charges incurred by the customer.
If an order has already been dispatched by Geek Toy Store, the customer will need to contact us to cancel.
Orders dispatched and then cancelled will have the cost of the products ordered refunded, however postage costs will not be refunded to the customer.
An order must be received back by Geek Toy Store from the customer before a refund will be issued.
All items returned to Geek Toy Store must be in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition before a refund will be issued.
The customer undertakes the responsibility to return the products to Geek Toy Store. We will refund the cost of the items ordered, but any postage charges incurred by the cancellation will not be refundable. Nor will Geek Toy Store be held responsible for the return postage costs.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In the event that an item is defective, faulty or sent in error by Geek Toy Store, the customer should contact us to arrange the return of the item.
Where possible, the customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item(s) to Geek Toy Store.
Where possible we will offer a replacement for the same product(s) that were faulty or damaged. If we cannot provide a replacement we will offer an exchange for another product, or a full refund.
The customer must return any faulty or damaged items to Geek Toy Store within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
All trademarks appearing on our website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless written permission is obtained from the owner of the trademark.
Geek Toy Store reserves the right to correct any errors on this website including descriptions, images and prices.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on an incorrect description, image or price.
These corrections may be made after the customers order has been acknowledged.
Geek Toy Store reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.
It is a crime to use false information to attempt to order from this website. Geek Toy Store will report and prosecute any customer caught wilfully entering false information.
If any single provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by a court of law, the invalidity of that single provision will not affect the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which will continue to have full effect.
These terms and conditions will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis as necessary.
